As Project Manager, Mrs. Blankenship is responsible for delivering to market the quality of communities that have built Huffines’ reputation. With more than 20 years of experience in the industry, she will work closely with engineers, contractors and governmental agencies from inception to completion of each development. Her expertise in overseeing the design and development of communities, from entitlements through city acceptance, will be an asset to the delivery of successful communities. Mrs. Blankenship believes in maintaining a balance between effective people management, cost containment and corporate goal attainment.

Previously she was Director of Land Development for KB Homes, developing over 3,500 single- family lots and entitling/acquiring additional lots in over 50 metroplex communities. With Carter & Burgess, Inc., she was Senior Project Manager overseeing design and/or entitlements of over 8,000 single-family lots. She received a bachelor’s of science degree in Civil Engineering from Northern Arizona University; Mrs. Blankenship is a Texas Licensed Professional Engineer and a California Registered Professional Engineer.
