With over 32 years of extensive experience in the real estate industry, Mr. Bruni brings a thorough knowledge of all phases of property development and management to Huffines Communities.

Previous experience includes seven years with Nash Phillips/Copus (NPC), who at the time, was the largest privately held builder in Texas, where he was responsible for land development, interim financing, cost control creation and implementation. For over eleven years he was with Toll Bros, one of the largest publicly traded national builders. As Assistant Vice President he was responsible for opening Toll’s operation in Dallas. His responsibilities included hiring, contracting, home sales, marketing, developing new home designs and new home construction for the Dallas area. With Eastern Development, which specializes in single family residential communities, he oversaw new community development, builder contracting, architectural review and HOA creation and operation.

His desire to contribute to the creation of unique environments that give residents the opportunity to live part of the American dream in a safe, comforting neighborhood brings extraordinary results. Responsible for the design and installation of all landscaping and mitigation, the design and construction of expansive clubhouses, recreational facilities, parks, lakes and greenspace, builder architecture and designs. He works diligently with designers, engineers, architects, subcontractors and vendors to effectively turn visions into reality. He has been with Huffines Communities since 2000.

Mr. Bruni graduated cum laude from Brockport State University of New York with a BS in Business Administration.
