Ms. Moczygemba is responsible for contract administration, preparing and reviewing contracts and documents, due diligence with respect to title issues, and coordinating all closings. She assists in negotiating legal points on contracts and documents, and acts as a liaison between the respective parties and their attorneys. With her knowledge, dedication and desire to excel, Ms. Moczygemba brings more than 20 years of expertise as a paralegal to Huffines Communities. Her experience includes real estate and related industries ranging from law firms specializing in real estate and banking and commercial lending with financial institutions to extensive work in the private sector working with commercial investors and developers. She has been with Huffines Communities since 1994.
